Empty hook compensation

Having Dynamic Positioning for your crane hook

Using the Full Motion Compensation tooling, its possible to position your crane block much more precisely in floating conditions.
It keeps your crane block stabler in vertical and horizontal directions, comparable to DP positioning of your vessel.

And all without having taglines required!

Have a look at the below video with our Orcaflex simulations. Please let us know if you would be interested in your own customized Orcaflex module block, and see how well it might help in your operations.

The FMC1200 simplifies docking to (in this case) a piling hammer

FMC1200-3

The FMC kan hold loads from any weight stable, in vertical and horizontal direction. Is decreases footprint in the horizontal plane by a factor of 4, greatly simplifying the connecting process to other rigging components:

  • Increase safety, and involve less personnel during docking
  • Prevent taglines
  • Reduce catcher sizes

Includes Shock Absorbing functionality

The FMC can also function as shock absorber. This way, you can include Full Motion Compensation capability, and reduce another piece of equipment (the PHC) in your rigging, if this might be needed for e.g. Pile Run protection
