Delta600 in IJMuiden for installation and e-tests

The Delta600 has arrived in IJmuiden, at the Breman Offshore assembly hall. Electrical installation is nearly done, and the Seaqualize team now starts its software commissioning and electronics testing, including a thorough system failure tests as part of the DNVGL certification.
